The Coaching Process

Coaching is a partnership between the you and the coach to identify prioritize and move towards reaching goals for the life you want to create. The coach helps you define your goals, and holds you accountable for the making progress, but doesn’t set the goals for you.

The process begins with a complimentary, “get to know you” session where you and I will get to know one another and discuss where you are in your life and where you’d like to be. We’ll talk about your “big picture” and where you’d like to make changes in your life. This session generally lasts 45 minutes to an hour or so, and at that time you’ll decide if you want to move forward with coaching.

If we decide we can work together, we’ll schedule a “Discovery Session” to go deeper into your current situation, assess your strengths and assets, explore some of the blocks and obstacles you’re experiencing, and begin to get an idea of your short term and long term goals. This session is in depth, and usually lasts between one and two hours. At this time we can begin to identify some short term goals so that you can begin to move forward. In the Divine Family program, the first session focuses on your life experiences and how you have coped and some of the wounds you carry with you. We’ll discuss the spiritual realm and how our 3D world relates to the 5D would.

Ongoing sessions are usually weekly and last about 45 minutes to an hour Each session will focus on what you want to work on, using the information we collect in the Discovery Session. The method we use is the 7 step Model for Change, and is designed to help you discover a new direction for your life or career, what makes you happy, what you really want or who you would like to be in the next chapter of your life. Divine family sessions are typically 2 hours each, and are focused on learning to process instead of thinking your emotions, learning to get in touch with your higher self, and learning to balance your spiritual being for peace and serenity.

As you achieve the goals you set, I’ll support you in setting new goals. If you have trouble achieving your goals, we’ll discuss blocks and obstacles and work on ways to get past them.
